Self Storage is a storage system widely used in United States and Europe which consists in storage rooms of different sizes that suit your needs for space and time. Moreover, the storage rooms are located in a building with extensive security measures, cleanliness and control access which also offer additional services such as sale of packaging materials.

In this building we have carts, shelves, transpalets, hoists and special arranged zones for loading and unloading, which will help you with the transportation and placement of your stuff in your storage room or box.

LANAVE provides you a key control access that allows you to get into the building at any time within a wide opening hours schedule (8 to 21.30h.), so you can arrange your things with complete freedom.

We have private parking, where you can access through the control access card, so your visits to LANAVE will be always fast, convenient and simple.

How big are the store rooms?

We have over 50 different sizes. In LANAVE you will find qualified staff to advise you about your needs.

How much does it cost?

It depends on size and time. Continually we offer promotions to help you economize. Please apply for personal budget on the tab header.

 Do I have to give any bond?

At the signing of the contract you will be ask for a security deposit equivalent to one month without taxes, plus the amount of the control card. Both amounts will be returned at the end of the contract once you leave the storage room and give back the control card.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

The minimum contract is one week.

How can I pay the monthly fee?

At the signing of the contract you will be ask to pay by CREDIT CARD the amount remaining until the end of the month, the deposit and the control card.

Then, a receipt will be rotated monthly to the bank account provided

Are there other costs besides the rent?

The invoice will charge you the monthly rental plus insurance.

When can I access to my storage room?

LANAVE offers you a wide opening hours schedule. You can get in with your control access card from Monday to Saturday, from 08.00h. to 21.30h.

Are the contents insured?

You can join the minimum center coverage or to extend it. For more information about cost and amounts secured, please ask directly to LANAVE staff.

What security provides?

LANAVE is a building equipped with the latest surveillance systems. There are 24 recording cameras, surveillance cameras at the reception, systems intruder alarms and fire fighting systems.

 ¿Do you sell packing materials?

LANAVE have a sales area with all kinds of product-related with packaging, removals, etc... We offer you wardrobe boxes, shelves, seal, wrapping paper, gloves...

Is there any prohibition of storage?

Obviously the contract restricts certain goods such as chemicals, illegal fuel, etc. For more information, please contact with our staff. Tell us what you want to store; 95% of cases are authorized products.
